This is always the first step. The user should enter the units of his AutoCAD dwg, assign a name to this design and then reivew the stack up crossection. In this example we added a Die layer for the diepads called DIEPADS. The program automatically created a dielectric layer between the die pad layer and the conductor layer which we set to 0.200 mm to represent the height of the die.
