Notes
It appears that each bin codes consists of two characters. There are no spaces between two character bin codes. These don't seem to be strictly hex (binary) because we see bin codes such as XX which is out of range for a hex value. So our assumption here is that 0-9 and A-Z are valid characters in the bin code.
Until we get a proper specification or other information that will be our working assumption.
