The Semic OPUS3 wafer prober outputs a map file in binary format. Artwork was unable to obtain any documentation about the format from Semics but a customer sent us a sample file produced by the OPUS3 and after analyzing the file we determined that it appears to be identical to the TSK/Accretech UF-3000 binary map format -- a format already supported by Artwork.
Our conclusion on the nature of the binary file is based on a very small number of sample files. If you know of different output formats that the Semics OPUS3 can produce, please contact us and we will update this page and attempt to provide support for any new variations we identify.
