There are multiple ways to pan and zoom in WMapEdit.
This is the most efficient method of panning and zooming.
Pan - hold the middle button (wheel) down and drag the mouse. The display will pan in sync with the mouse.
Zoom In - roll the wheel away from you.
Zoom Out - roll the whell back towards you.
Pan - Use the arrow keys to pan up, down, left and right.
Zoom In - use Ctrl and the + key to zoom in
Zoom Out - use Ctrl and the - key to zoom out
