Order Cancellation Policy

A potential client can request 3-4 weeks demo codes to try the software before purchasing a license.
Once an order is placed and payment was made, the client can't cancel the order and get their payment back.

If an order was placed but the client didn't ask for codes, client can cancel the order within 30 days after placing the order with no penalties.
After 30 days, there is cancellation fee which is 12% of the order value. This fee is waived if the client re-issues the same order in the future (no time limit).
