Possible Cause for Flexlm Error -97

One of our clients reported an error when trying to install one of our packages in floating mode. The error occured on the server and none of our licenses was active.

Solution

The problem has to do with the space in the directory path of the license file. Save the floating license file in a directory name with no space and restart the license manager. Also make sure the artwork.exe daemon is in a folder with no spaces.
