Error: Non-activation-capable daemon activation

When you opened the FLEXlm Debug.log file, you saw the following error message:

Error: Non-activation-capable daemon activation invoked with non-client-request event type

Why would this occur?

This error message may appear if you are using FLEXlm version 11.4.1. Typically, it is logged once daily in the Debug.log file right after midnight.

This error is benign and not known to cause licensing problems. As such, you can safely ignore this error message if you see it in the log file.
