Piglet2GDS 1.04c Linux 9/13/2023

Bug fix in g2p (GDSII -> PIGLET) where GDSII TEXT was not converted to PIGLET NOTES. This behavior was manifest only in the LINUX version. Issue was fixed by passing the requisite module the full path to the location of where fonts are supplied in the package. The offending code/behavior has been in place since before 2018 so it is not clear why Keysight has never reported this behavior before.
