[1] The SLICE code determines the size of the mask. The ueer should consult with his
photomask shop to determine the correct slice code to use.
[2] Comments lines have an * in the first column and must be all CAPS.
[3] The SCALE command - the “2” indicates that the database address = 0.5 um. The “1” indicates that scale factor = 1.
[4] The CHIP line references the desired MEBES file and specifies the DB address of
this file.
[5] The ROW line places the chip; in this example we show a single placement at 2700,2700
