Client Program Updates

CheckLicense(String QckvuDir) function added. It is user's responsibility to supply a full path the the Qckvu Directory (where acs.key file resides).
OpenViewer function is fixed for path name with space(s).
.NET dll ported to vs2015 (built with .NET Framework v4.0).
All C++ modules ported to vs2015.

Ilogger Name Change

Changed the ILogger name to ISimpleLogger to avoid collision with other methods.

Qckvu3.exe path

Qckvu3.exe no longer needs to be resident in the same directory as the .NET library. It can be accessed using a full qualified path.

Close File Function

Added an explicit close file function to the .NET interface

also added an explicit close file at the end of the ExtractBitmapByFilePath function

Raster in Outline Mode

Added the ability to rasterize only the boundary outlines.

Full Path for NextGenRaster Library

The NextGenRaster library no longer needs to reside in the same directory as the .NET interface library. It can be accessed using a fully qualified path.

Rename ILogger

Changed ILogger name to ISimpleLogger to avoid name collision.

Raster Bitmap Format

The monochrome BMP bitmap is now exported using 8 bits/pixel - even though only two values are possible: 0x00 and 0xFF

Bitmap Polarity Inverse

By default, 0x00 pixel is black and 0xFF is white (default BMP colormap model)
