Requesting Password and License Strings
Prior to downloading you should email Artwork and request the following information:
- ftp server login and password
- program installation password
- program license strings
A sample email is shown below. (Please don't cut and paste the sample in its entirety or we will assume you are not smart enough to use the software ...)

Linux Hostid Utility
10KB. Because the hostid command that works reliably on Solaris does not always return consistent results on Linux we request that you download and execute this utility on your Linux box and send us the hostid it reports so we can generate a license string. Additional Details
