BoolCompare (Linux 64) v1.02 06/12/2017

This version of BoolCompare for Linux uses QisLib for the front end instead of the older GDSMachine front end. This results in faster data explosion which makes processing on a large number of CPU cores more efficient. There have also been fixes to the log file instrumentation and an optimization when computing the number of vertices.
