Zoom in and pan around the fingers to insure that tagger correctly identified the bond location for each finger. If you find errors you have two options. a.) Click on Tag Fingers again. This will clear out your previous tags and enable you to repeat the process. b.) You can manually edit the bond line and circle (block). This may be a good approach if only a few fingers have errors. |
Zoomed in view of tagged lead frame. Across each finger should be a bond line and on the center of the bond line should be a small circle. The circle is actually a special block. |
