3Di2XT is bundled with Artwork's 3DVU program. It can be run from within 3DVU or as a stand-alone command line program. To obtain download credentials and a license please contact Artwork via email as shown below.

Please note that 3Di2XT is normally used in conjunction with another translator or program that produces 3Di output. This is typically Artwork's NETEX-G (for Gerber/ODB++ files), Artwork's Extract 3D (for GDSII input) or Artwork's AWROut for Cadence Allegro.

Dear Artwork,

I would like to download 3Di2XT. We currently use SolidWorks for 3D 
modeling of packages and wish to extract board layout data from 
Cadence Allegro.

My computer's hositd = 00-24-1D-80-1C-B3

which I got by running ipconfig /all in a DOS box and copying the
ethernet adaptor's physical address.

The self extracting installation program requires a password that you must obtain from Artwork before it will execute. The 3D viewer executables and DLLs are protected either by a hardware key or locking to your machine's network card. You need to provide us your machine's ethernet address and we will email you key strings that enable the operation of the programs.

License Utility

FLEXLM_Tools

Flexlm license utility for obtaining machine's identity and checking license manager operation. Execute this on your computer, select the System Settings tab, and email artwork the Ethernet address and disk serial number reported by the utility.
