Extracting Specific Nets (and surroundings)If you are doing a field analysis on a IC package or board you may need to focus on only a few nets out of the hundreds or thousands that are part of the design. When focusing on a particular net you will also need to know what other nets are close enough to have an effect on the capacitance and inductance of the net you are analyzing. NETEX-G can produce such an output. ![]() One specifies the desired net and which nearby geometry is extracted using the Extract Dialog.
